Suzy has over 30 years of commercial and residential experience. A graduate of the Environmental Design program from the University of Colorado, she has worked professionally in Pittsburgh and Boston before starting her own company in 1998.
Suzy' strengths lie in her ability to listen to her clients and literally draw out for them their vision, creating environments suited to their needs. No two designs are alike because no two clients are alike.
People often wonder do you design skis? There is a double meaning behind SKI Design. Suzy's other passion has always been skiing. While living in Colorado she had been a member of the CU Freestyle team and went on to compete for two years on the Pro Mogul Tour.
Along with her technical expertise, Suzy can draw upon a vast resource of observations made from her travels around the world while on Semester at Sea and touring as a harpist with the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony. Design and the renovation process can and should be a fun experience. This is possible through positive energy from a good communicative relationship between the client, design team and builder.
